From I to WE: Connecting Community, Schools, and System of Care

At our 6th Annual Breaking Barriers Interagency Symposium, we reflected back on the work we’ve done, the incredible progress we have made, and looked forward to next steps. We have now moved from the Idea of integrated care to the Will to do so, and now are working on Execution; from I to WE. It is not my plan, my agency, or my services, but our plan, our county agencies, our children and families, and our combined services that will best support California's youth and their families.
