TIPS
The most positively received presentations always have a practical element. Our attendees appreciate specific steps they can take on the path to integrated care, whether that be who needs to be on the team, a spreadsheet on how to blend and braid financing, how they partnered with another entity, how county interagency leadership team meetings were conducted, or a draft MOU.
Make sure your session proposal aligns with one of our four Integrated Care Pillars: Shared Leadership, Shared Goals, Shared Information, and Shared Finance. Descriptions of each can be found here.
Highlights from past Symposia can be found elsewhere on the Breaking Barriers website. Go to the Main Menu and select the desired year.
